Langerhans cell histiocystosis is a rare disease affecting our dendritic cells which carry mutations. This piece focussed on channelling the pain from my sister. Maps were created with scar lines and hospital coordinates, then projected onto my back - where the pain starts. These lines were the tattooed in white ink to represent scars.
